Hi, I’m Emily.

I’m a Social Creative Director at BarkleyOKRP, leading social-first campaigns across platforms and channels. I turn cultural trends into brand storytelling opportunities, mentor multidisciplinary creative teams, and present clients with consumer-minded concepts that drive engagement and growth.

On any given day, I may be leading a brainstorm, spotting a trend and figuring out how one of my brands can show up, or giving feedback on scripts, edits, and concepts. I work closely with strategists to shape ideas that feel native to platform, while mentoring creatives and pushing the work to be both culturally relevant and performance-driven.

When it comes to the creative process, I love creating as much as researching and problem solving. Effective and engaging content is rooted in consumer truths and comes to life when creativity and strategy meet.

When I'm not working, you can find me watching Seinfeld (yes, again), trying out a new recipe, or being walked by Hank the Great Dane.
